There was no air conditioning, even though the ad said there was, the sheet was so small it didn’t cover my feet, there was no WiFi like they said, no laundry because no one is ever there to give you the key for it, hot water kettle but no coffee cups. I wouldn’t stay here again, I felt cheated!”

“The room was spacious and the bed was large and comfortable. The hotel location was also very convenient. However, the housekeeping could be improved. I only found out that the body wash had run out when I was taking a shower. There was also no absorbent bath mat provided in the bathroom, which made it inconvenient after showering. “離機場跟蘇黎世市區近，早餐很好吃，提供免費水樓下還有免費氣泡水、咖啡茶飲Bar，隔音好，空間大，而且可以暫留行李直到傍晚取，孩童親善，雖然房務人員在清潔房間時，發生打破玻璃水瓶可是碎片沒被清理乾淨的問題，但反應後飯店人員立即協助換房安排與善後處理，我還是很滿意住宿的品質，期待下次還能再入住”

“房間尚算整潔，但外面環境比較嘈雜，不時有電車經過 ，而且因為無空謂，所以即使有風扇提供晚上都比較熱 。但勝在位置方便, 附近有大型超市,離火車站也不遠, 如果不是夏天旅遊, 選擇這間都十分舒適！”
